WEEK 13 (year 2) MEMORIZATION: 3/28/2010
God’s written Word turns our darkness into light. When we have questions, we find the answers in Scripture. When we are confused, we will find clarity in His Word. When we are not sure what the next step is, the Word illuminates the way. God’s Word “is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” So . . . follow the light!
“And I will lead the blind in a way that they do not know, in paths that they have not known I will guide them. I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them.” – Isaiah 42:16

Monday: PRAY the Lord will purify your heart as you memorize His Word. Read Zechariah 9:9 ten (10) times… look at EACH word and say the reference each time. Recite Zechariah 9:9 “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!” …50 times throughout the day.

The Creator of the Universe has given us His great and precious promises in His Word that we would trust in them… finding our confidence in Him, have unlimited hope through Him and be completely devoted to Him. It is so good to know His Word!

SET THE VERSE TO A SONG …use a known song or make up your own tune! Singing is a powerful tool for long-term memorization.
